Nancy & J.P. Bailey

Owner/General Manager - Nancy grew up in Flatwoods, KY and has a big place in her heart for the retiring residents of our area. Nancy has been a business owner in Flatwoods for over 30 years and is committed to offering the best care to those living at Trinity Station. Nancy has served in just about every area of administrative work in health care, including billing, coding, office management, human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general management, and owner operator. She has worked for Advance Family Health Care, Dr. Gerald Reams M.D., F.A.C.S., and Our Lady Of Bellefonte Hospital. Nancy is the wife of our founder J.P., a mother, and a grandmother.

J. P. BAILEY is a licensed nursing home administrator with a bachelor in Business from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He is a real estate broker and real estate appraiser licensed by the State of Kentucky. He is a Deacon and board member of his home church, Faith Christian Assembly Church in Flatwoods. JP spent more than 40 years as a building contractor, being one of the “Baileys that built Flatwoods.” J.P. is a third generation building contractor and business/land developer. You can literally drive down the streets in Flatwoods and see commercial buildings and countless homes built by J.P., his father Howard, or one of His uncles including, Clarence, Jack, Homer, Paul and Harry, Jr.

Dr. Lesley P. Abbott, D.O.

Medical Director-Dr. Abbott specializes in family medicine and received her Medical Degree from Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a Residency in Family Practice at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Ashland, KY. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. She has practiced in the Flatwoods/Russell area for 18 years.

Harley Davis

Director of Nursing- Harley has been a registered nurse for 4 years. He has his bachelor’s degree in nursing as well as working on his master’s degree in psychiatric nurse practitioner. Harley has been part of the Trinity Station team since 2020. “I am excited to start this new adventure as the director of nursing here at Trinity Station. I truly believe that we are making a positive lasting impact on our resident’s daily. “

Rocky Risner

Assistant Director of nursing -Rocky began his career in healthcare in 2002 as a nursing assistant. He is a 2007 graduate of Collins Career Center school of nursing. During his career he has had experience and training in many areas of nursing including bariatrics, wound care, med surg, surgical orthopedics, home health, surgical recovery, and geriatrics. Rocky has been employed at Trinity Station since March of 2018 as a bedside nurse and accepted the roll as Assistant Director of Nursing in October 2020. As a lifetime resident of Greenup County and a graduate of Raceland-Worthington High School, Rocky has remained active in his community. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 7 children, camping, swimming and traveling for family vacations. Currently he is pursuing a bachelor’s in healthcare administration with the goal of becoming a nursing home administrator.

Crystal Wellman

Assistant Office Manager - Crystal began her career in healthcare in 1992 as a nursing Assistant. She worked for 4 years as a preceptor on oncology and throughout the hospital. She was a student at Ashland Community and Technical College with an Associate Degree in Science and two years of computer. Crystal is a member of PHI Theta Kappa International Honor Society in 2009. She has been a member of our team since 2010 and has held many titles including team leader, CNA supervisor, restorative nursing, and medical records. She is a resident of Greenup County and enjoys her grandbabies, gardening, and kayaking.

Cindi Czeskleba

Activities Director - Cindi was born in and has lived the majority of her life in this area. Art has always been her passion and she has worked as a freelance artist since high school. She attended both Ashland Community College and Morehead State University majoring in Fine Art. Being a creative person fit perfectly into the realm of Activities and led her to this field. Activities has been her career for eleven years.

Callie Tackett

Dietary Director - Callie is a native of Greenup County. She has lived here all of her life with the exception of four years when she lived in Berlin, Germany. She is married and the mother of three. Her career in food service began thirty-two years ago. She has specialized in cake decorating for twenty-four of those years. Callie has been a Dietary department staff member for seven years, the last three as our Dietary Director.

Linda Stapleton

Housekeeping Director - Linda was born and raised in the Flatwoods. She has 3 children and 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She has attended Faith Christian Assembly for over 17 years.She has worked for housekeeping several years .She enjoys working and helping the residents

Wayne Cline

Maintenance Supervisor - Wayne, known at Trinity Station as “Wayno”, was born in Alvin, Texas.  He was the youngest of three and was raised on hunting and fishing.  He graduated high school in 1986 and began working maintenance in local chemical plants.  Seventeen years ago, he moved to Ohio and a couple of years later began work at Trinity Station in the maintenance department, where he was later promoted to Maintenance Director.  He is very proud and grateful for the blessing of being a part of the Trinity Station family.  Wayne recently married his beautiful wife, Karen, adding six children and eleven grandchildren to his family.

Brent & Jodi Bailey

Vice President of Trinity Station and Advanced Living, Inc., Marketing & P.R. Directors - Brent is the son of founders and owners, J.P. & Nancy and Vice President of Advanced Living, Inc. He and Jodi have been part of Trinity Station since the company’s inception in 1999, having conceived the name, handled the interior decorating, and initial P.R.. Brent grew up in Flatwoods and has been involved in the family’s businesses since birth. He has a Bachelor degree in business from Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, OK and a Doctorate in Leadership from Faith Christian University in Orlando, FL. He is also a graduate of RHEMA Bible Training College in Tulsa, OK with a focus on Pastoral ministry. He is a licensed Realtor, and an ordained minister. Jodi grew up in Southern California and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. They are the parents of 2 sons, Preston and Peyton. Brent & Jodi are lead pastors of Direction Church in Orlando, FL.
