Owner/General Manager - Nancy grew up in Flatwoods, KY and has a big place in her heart for the retiring residents of our area. Nancy has been a business owner in Flatwoods for over 30 years and is committed to offering the best care to those living at Trinity Station. Nancy has served in just about every area of administrative work in health care, including billing, coding, office management, human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general management, and owner operator. She has worked for Advance Family Health Care, Dr. Gerald Reams M.D., F.A.C.S., and Our Lady Of Bellefonte Hospital. Nancy is the wife of our founder J.P., a mother, and a grandmother.
Assistant Administrator - Alona started working with J.P. and Nancy in 1986 when they established the first primary care clinic in Flatwoods. Before Trinity Station Retirement Community was a reality, she helped in the development and growth of it from the ground up. As Assistant Administrator, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility. She feels it has been very fulfilling and rewarding to be involved in the first and only continuing care retirement community in the tri-state area, as well as being a part of the Bailey’s vision for our community. She states it has been an amazing experience to have met so many wonderful residents and their families and she feels she has learned a tremendous amount over the years. Alona is also licensed as a Radiology Technician and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, fishing, boating, music and traveling. She is thankful to her parents for her upbringing and their continued guidance and support, thankful for the Baileys for all they’ve taught her, and thankful to God, giving Him all the glory and honor.
Dr. Lori McCoy
Medical Director - Dr. McCoy graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in 2015. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. McCoy is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Along with being the Medical Director at Trinity, she is the co-founder of Advanced Primary Care, the area’s first direct primary care practice. Her goal is to provide compassionate care to all of her patients and believes with God, all things are possible.
Director of Nursing - Rachel is a Registered Nurse with a diverse healthcare background. She started her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant and then a Licensed Practical Nurse. She has worked in home health, clinics, hospitals, assisted living and nursing home facilities. She graduated with honors from the University of Charleston, in Charleston WV with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. Rachel is a member of Sigma Theta Tau which is an international nursing honor society. She is also a member of the American Nursing Association and Kentucky Nursing Association. Rachel Bourne believes nursing is her “calling” and is an advocate for anyone in her care. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching movies, participating in community activities and outreach, and also traveling. Her favorite quote is “Be kind” because a kind heart and a smiling face makes the world a better place.
Assistant Director of Nursing - Leigh is lifetime resident of Grayson KY, and a member of Grayson Freewill Baptist Church. She knew from a young age that she wanted to help people! Leigh originally chose a career in law enforcement, but after an emergency back surgery, she chose Nursing. She has worked at SRNA for 5 years with Diversicare facilities in our area, and quickly decided that a career in geriatrics and rehab services was where she wanted to be. Leigh attended Ashland Community and Technical College and received her nursing degree in 2003. She has worked for King's Daughters Medical Center for 10 years in many different areas receiving certifications in Wound Care, Non-violent Crisis Intervention, and Customer Service/Recovery. Leigh has been here at Trinity Station for the last 6 years, and hopes to continue to care for our Residents, staff, and community as long as she is able!
Activities Director - Cindi was born in and has lived the majority of her life in this area. Art has always been her passion and she has worked as a freelance artist since high school. She attended both Ashland Community College and Morehead State University majoring in Fine Art. Being a creative person fit perfectly into the realm of Activities and led her to this field. Activities has been her career for eleven years.
Dietary Director - Callie is a native of Greenup County. She has lived here all of her life with the exception of four years when she lived in Berlin, Germany. She is married and the mother of three. Her career in food service began thirty-two years ago. She has specialized in cake decorating for twenty-four of those years. Callie has been a Dietary department staff member for seven years, the last three as our Dietary Director.
Housekeeping Director - Dianna has worked in Housekeeping for seven years, the last three as the Director. She is originally from Morehead, Kentucky. She loves spending time with her two children, six grandchildren and her great-granddaughter. She considers her fur babies her family, too. She currently has one cat, but has rescued many cats and several dogs over the years. She enjoys her work and all the wonderful friendships she has made with residents, their families, and co-workers. She feels truly blessed and grateful to have been given the opportunity to work at Trinity Station.
Maintenance Supervisor - Wayne, known at Trinity Station as “Wayno”, was born in Alvin, Texas. He was the youngest of three and was raised on hunting and fishing. He graduated high school in 1986 and began working maintenance in local chemical plants. Seventeen years ago, he moved to Ohio and a couple of years later began work at Trinity Station in the maintenance department, where he was later promoted to Maintenance Director. He is very proud and grateful for the blessing of being a part of the Trinity Station family. Wayne recently married his beautiful wife, Karen, adding six children and eleven grandchildren to his family.
Brent & Jodi Bailey
Vice President of Trinity Station and Advanced Living, Inc., Marketing & P.R. Directors - Brent is the son of founders and owners, J.P. & Nancy and Vice President of Advanced Living, Inc. He and Jodi have been part of Trinity Station since the company’s inception in 1999, having conceived the name, handled the interior decorating, and initial P.R.. Brent grew up in Flatwoods and has been involved in the family’s businesses since birth. He has a Bachelor degree in business from Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, OK and a Doctorate in Leadership from Faith Christian University in Orlando, FL. He is a licensed Realtor, and an ordained minister. Jodi grew up in Southern California and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. They are the parents of 2 sons, Preston and Peyton. Brent & Jodi are lead pastors of Direction Church in Orlando, FL.
