Extended Care (Nursing Home)
The EXTENDED CARE wing of the facility is available only for our residents that have started in one of our other levels of care. You still have the privacy of your own room and the security of knowing that the staff that you have grown to love are still there to care for your needs.  This 4th level of care is what makes Trinity Station a Continuing Care Retirement Community.  For the Best of Your Life! It truly is "The Castle without the Hassle."  Home
